Submit a Return Request
Contact our customer support team via the official xTool support portal with your order number and reason for the return to initiate the authorization process.
Receive Authorization and Shipping Label
Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
Pack Your Device Securely
Place the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective foam to prevent damage during transit.
Inspection and Refund Processing
After our warehouse team inspects the returned unit for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
